I have been a resident of Shady Oaks for almost 5 years now...I have had nothing but a good experience here...The new manager is very sweet and personable, I consider our community lucky to have her!...If you are looking for management and maintenance who truly care about their residents I suggest you live here.

The maintenance staff are prompt. The Tenant Association has been a good experience. The garage is a real plus for living here. There is ample space to walk the dog. The staff has been great to my dog. The location of the complex is close to shopping.

At age 93 this is a convenient apartment for me to be able to live independently. They maintain things that I am not capable of doing myself. The apartments are all handicapped accessible which makes it convenient for me to get around on my own.

I have found that everyone is very friendly and care about my needs. The apartment is easy to take care of and when a problem comes up the staff takes care of it right away.
